These terms cover the MiuXiK mobile app, the MiuXiK JukeBox desktop app (including its companion tools), and the miuxik.com website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Short version: the apps are free to use. Play only music you have the right to play. The software is provided as-is, and a JukeBox license key just removes the start-up reminder.
MiuXiK apps play files that you provide — from your device, your computer, or your own Google Drive. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the music you play, especially in commercial settings (bars, restaurants, venues), where public-performance licenses may be required by the laws of your country. MiuXiK does not provide, license, or distribute any music.
The MiuXiK app is free. MiuXiK JukeBox is free to use forever; after a 30-day trial a dismissible reminder appears at start-up, and purchasing a license key removes it. License keys are per-purchase, non-transferable, and may not be resold or shared publicly.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe (or by Apple, for in-app purchases); their terms apply to the payment itself.
Don't use the apps to infringe copyright, don't attempt to circumvent or forge license keys, and don't redistribute modified versions of the software as your own.
The apps and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiuXiK and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software — including lost data, lost coins, or lost weekends. We do our best; it's one plumber and a laptop.
Optional features rely on third-party services (Google Drive, Stripe, iTunes Search, TheAudioDB). Their availability isn't under our control, and their own terms govern your use of them.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use means acceptance.

Estos términos cubren la app móvil MiuXiK, la app de escritorio MiuXiK Rockola (JukeBox) (incluidas sus herramientas complementarias) y el sitio web miuxik.com. Al usarlos, aceptas estos términos.
Versión corta: las apps son de uso gratuito. Reproduce solo música que tengas derecho a reproducir. El software se ofrece tal cual, y la licencia de la Rockola solo quita el recordatorio de inicio.
Las apps MiuXiK reproducen archivos que tú proporcionas — de tu dispositivo, tu computadora o tu propio Google Drive. Eres responsable de tener los derechos necesarios sobre la música que reproduces, especialmente en entornos comerciales (bares, restaurantes, negocios), donde las leyes de tu país pueden exigir licencias de ejecución pública. MiuXiK no proporciona, licencia ni distribuye música.
La app MiuXiK es gratis. MiuXiK Rockola es de uso gratuito para siempre; después de 30 días de prueba aparece un recordatorio al iniciar que puedes cerrar, y comprar una licencia lo elimina. Las licencias son por compra, intransferibles, y no pueden revenderse ni compartirse públicamente.
Las donaciones son voluntarias y no reembolsables. Los pagos los procesa Stripe (o Apple, en compras dentro de la app); sus términos aplican al pago mismo.
No uses las apps para infringir derechos de autor, no intentes evadir o falsificar licencias, y no redistribuyas versiones modificadas del software como propias.
Las apps y el sitio se ofrecen "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, MiuXiK y su desarrollador no son responsables de daños derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del software — incluidos datos perdidos, monedas perdidas o fines de semana perdidos. Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo; somos un plomero y una laptop.
Las funciones opcionales dependen de servicios de terceros (Google Drive, Stripe, búsqueda de iTunes, TheAudioDB). Su disponibilidad no está bajo nuestro control y su uso se rige por sus propios términos.
Si estos términos cambian, la nueva versión se publicará aquí con fecha actualizada. Seguir usando las apps significa aceptarlos.
